^{Michael Spurr, APP}

Mike Spurr serves as the Law Enforcement Liaison for theWestern PA ASIS Chapter and has been a member since 2018.  He is employedby Allegheny County Emergency Services as the Fusion Intelligence PlanningOfficer with the Western PA All-Hazards Fusion Center.  Prior to thisrole, Mike served as the Homeland Security and Law Enforcement Coordinator forAllegheny County Emergency Services -- Emergency Management Agency for sixyears.  He assists with the planning and execution of numerous publicsafety working groups in the region, as well as offering security/vulnerabilityassessments and special event threat assessments.  In addition to hiscivilian career, Mike currently serves in the United States Army Reserves, withdeployments to Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa.  He holds a Bachelor’sdegree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree fromthe University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
